Now convening

Petty disputes. Official proceedings.

Motion to Complain is a private, family-friendly courtroom parody where invited friends and family file fictional cases, present evidence, and settle the matters that are far too petty for any real court.

How court is convened

A little due process for life’s smallest offenses.

Circuits are private, invitation-only groups. Everything happens among people who already know one another, with clear controls for reporting, blocking, and keeping the joke from going too far.

1

File a case

State the charge, name the accused, and explain the grave injustice before the court.

2

Present the record

Each side can submit text and, when enabled, screened photo evidence for the assigned judge.

3

Face judgment

The judge issues a verdict and a safe, voluntary sentence. Eligible members can decide a one-time appeal.

The fine print, made visible

Private fun requires real guardrails.

Motion to Complain is entertainment—not a legal service, real court, or way to impose real obligations. Dangerous, illegal, humiliating, sexual, discriminatory, coercive, or privacy-invasive sentences and content are prohibited.
