- Open Motion to Complain and sign in.
- Open Account & Safety.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the explanation and confirm the request.
- Complete Sign in with Apple confirmation when requested.
What happens next
After you type DELETE and confirm with the same Apple Account, deletion begins immediately and cannot be canceled. Motion to Complain revokes its Sign in with Apple authorization, removes the authentication account, signs the device out, and deletes associated user content and uploads.
Information deleted or de-identified
We delete your authentication account, private profile information, uploads, and words you added to the app. Circuit memberships are closed and identified only as a deleted account. If deletion affects an active case, the case ends as a mistrial or receives a neutral replacement judge when appropriate. Limited pseudonymous operational and safety audit records may remain under the exceptions below, but they cannot be used to sign in or identify you to Circuit members.
Limited retention
We may retain limited information when necessary for security, fraud prevention, compliance with law, protection from harm, an active safety investigation, or the integrity of shared records. Retained information remains protected and is not used for advertising.
Can’t access the app?
Email support@almostseriousapps.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on a request.
